Straight outta storage?
Hey guys,
First post, mainly out of worry...
Thinking of getting the old B-body out of storage...after 5 or so years in a moist garage. It ran before I stored it and I put fuel stabilizer, but I am worried about:
- Taking the right steps to revive my baby (it survived The Separation, despite efforts to make me part with it...God is a Mopar fan)
- It sitting too long and requiring all sort of rebuilds, part replacements etc. (nightmare scenario)

Your brakes maybe frozen up and the braking surfaces will be rusty.
If it were mine I'd take the sparkplugs out and put a small amount of oil in each cylinder, then turn the engine over to lubricate the pistons and rings. I'd also change the oil and filter.
Also put some fresh gasoline in her. Gasoline only has a limited life. And your well past that.
Good luck !
