They will not fit. the 265/70/17 is basically a 31.5" tire. the 315/70/17 is a 34.5" tire. You will need to do a body lift or suspension lift to clear those tires without rubbing when going over bumps or with a load/towing something.

I used this site here to figure out tire size http://www.rocky-road.com/calculator.html and thats how I knew you would need a lift. Usually you can only go up one tire size and be safe with a stock suspension. anything more and you will have to start trimming fenders or modifying your ride height.
