Trans ID ?????

Trans ID ?????

Anyone have a website that I can look up which 904 trans? I need a new torque converter and don't know if it is a lock up or non lock up since it is still in the car.

The number I found on the trans pan flange is PK4028814 5848 6575

I don't know from the numbers but if you pull the tranny and the torque converter off the input shaft, you can tell that way.

If there is just "one" input shaft then you have a non-lockup.

If there is one input shaft that sticks out of the main input shaft, then you have a lockup.

Sorry but that is the best way that I can describe it. I'll try to find some pics.
