It's for my 440 conversion. It's the hose from the air filter to the breather element on the valve cover..Almost done...

 

You should be able to get the spring clamps and hose from a decent parts house. What's close to you, Napa, Pep Boys, well you know what I am saying.
It might be a case of not using the model of the car just the diameter of the hose and clamps.

Yeah man just go to your local parts house and pic out the same diameter hose and some spring clips to fit. Oreilly's will for sure hook you up. I worked there as a manager for a long while.
