313 Poly ID

Hello Folks.
Some time last year one of you kind guys out there helped me identify my motor out of my 1963 Plymouth Belvedere. This motor is a 313 cubic inch Poly.I believe out of Canada.
Number i have from block is T V 18284 C
I am looking for how this is broken down .For example.
Part of this tells you it is a 313, then the year, then what number produced off the production line and last was the "C " (was for Canada)
I cannot find that e mail anywhere.I think it came from a gentleman in Australia but not sure.
Can anyone help me please.
Many thanks
G.P.

I agree; the last three is probably worn down. It is probably a 318 poly.
Sorry, I can't help much with the numbers, but I am sure someone on here can.
