I need to get my engine running again and i wonder if there are any stock 4bbl intakes for the 318? Can't afford $600 worth of intake and carb at the moment so my plan is to find a stock intake and maybe a TQ or QJ carb from the salvage yard and try to rebuild it.

Is there really that much of a performance hit using a 360 port sized intake? Not for racing just a daily driver. ok... its a rust bucket but it's my rust bucket!

 

It's been done many times before, not perfect but with a matching spreadbore it will work.

Thanks! I plan to see what I can dig up this weekend. LA parts getting scarce around here. When i ask for 318 & 360's they show me the row of magnums.
