Any HP Full Flow filter. I used Fram HP1's , but some hate them. Not any/the standard bypass filter.

Good information here for your choice of oil!

This is what I use in my flat tappet cam motors.
I use K&N oil filters on everything, and change them at 10000 miles.
I was turned on to the oil by my engine builder, he raced a 64 Chrysler 300 K, ran 11.0s @119.

I refuse to use anything from Fram. I've "heard" that the HP stuff from them is good, but I WILL NOT USE THEM because the REST of their filters has such a bad reputation. You have to understand that the PH-8 series has been around "since I was a kid" and we are talking mid 60's YES 60's when I first drove.

Wix, Baldwin, Hastings if you can get them. NAPA is Wix. Notice what I said. I did not say that Wix is NAPA. Wix is the parent co. "I've heard rumors" that Wix is now gravitating overseas. That is a shame, they were always one of the top of the hill Hope they remain so.

Some of the Motorcraft are / were OK. AC / Delco whatever it is now has never impressed me.
