Header Diameter and length?
268H installed at 106?
Why did you mil? True them or CR bump? If the latter what is your CR.
What is the head / casting you are using?

Conservatively maybe 300-320 if tuned properly

Nice build, should be fun motor.

I agree with estimate above.

Assuming stock valves and flow and properly matched valve springs to cam I got 322 HP / 365 Ft.LBS.

Keeping all items the same and switching to a non modified LA replacement RHS/EQ head with stock off the shelf mag valves and the numbers swelled to 361HP / 402 Ft. LBS.

Remember this is all theory for crank numbers: Tune, drive train loss, fan drag, pipe bends, etc will all change rwhp numbers.

EQ makes a Model 318 head that is drilled for LA manifolds and flows 20 cfm more than mags, is better casting and takes all stock mag valves. These are inexpensive heads. And make a ton of power. I run these. Ive run RHS. They both come from the same foundry in Australia.

You have a couple options:

Boneyard mag motor and do the long block swap. Gets you lighter rotating assembly and roller valve train.

Or EQ heads and keep what you have.

Once you have a decent head flow you can cam it to get your peaks dialed in.

You trying to cam it for a Ram 350?

yes i actualy have the motor together running and in the truck to were i can drive it i was thinking of doing a head swap some time down the road and wats the best swap to do for more toque and low end power and do the eq heads would they bolt up to my headers and intake and wats the power i could make with those on
