I have come across a hemi engine with the numbers 2468330-2, R.L., date stamp 6-27-1966 Can someone tell me waht the numbers mean?

Secondly, on the top front of the engine block is the following stamp: CH 426
9 14 19

Can anyone tell me what that means?

Well I was able to find out that the stamp on top indicates that the engine is a C series with Hemispherical heads, 426 which was built in the 9th month (9), 14th day (14) and was the 19th engine built that day (19).
