Difference between Hot idle and idle screw?

Difference between Hot idle and idle screw?

Hi,

I just bought a new carburetor for my 225 cubic inch slant 6 engine. I see in the directions that there is a Hot idle screw and an Idle screw. whats the difference and how would I go about adjusting them right?
