Head coding?
I have found a 340 motor I am thinking about buying. It is torn down...all i see is a few pics price is 600
Block casting # 2780930-340-5 date is 011571
Heads casting # 3418915-H
My question is what does the H indicate in the head casting number and is this a good buy at $600...condition is really unknown until it is checked but?
Do the valves look to be 2.02 or 1.88?
