Long Ram on a 440

Can anyone tell me if a Long Ram setup from a 1960 413 will fit on a 1970 440?

They are both RB so it will fit the motor. Will it fit the body probably .
Will it be a pain to run and tune YES

It will fit the engine but will not fit in a B Body without cutting the inner fender wells . It will fit C bodies.

Actually the long ram manifolds are two piece and have a rubber hose interconnecting the balance fittings. This means not only will they fit RB, but B engines as well.

And you point is what, exactly?

The tubes are INTERCONNECTED with rubber hose. This means that they can be used/ adapted to low deck engines, and IN FACT have been

Well "Mercury Don" I suggest you stay with yer Ferds.

These were used on BOTH B and RB engines, and because the balance tube was separate and INTERCONNECTED with rubber hoses, these manifolds CAN BE USED on any big block Mopar engine.

I HAVE personally seen them on BOTH types of engines.

Would you like to bet 10,000 bucks? That seems to be a pretty familiar number, lately.

I never said long Rams could not be used on Low and high deck engines. All I said is there is a metal balance tube and not just hose used. As far as mopars go I have owned/restored upwards of 25-30 of them and have most likely forgotten more than you'll ever know.

I highly doubt that...

I got into a tiff with 440Roadrunner along time ago, didn't like the guy for a while but got over it.

But this guy, IS SMART. He knows his Mopars... I've learned alot from his posts in the last 4 years, more so then yours.

I can also count a couple posts where I fixed some of your info you gave out because it was false.
