need some advice
hey everyone,
i have a 1976 plymouth duster with a slant six.going to pull the engine this weekend.i have been trying to find information on them but no luck.i want to stick with the slant six and build it up.i plan on rebuild the engine and putting a manual tranny in there as well.my question(s) are is there any rebuild kits for the slant six? what type of tranny will work with it? i em considering putting a twin turbo in there is it a good idea?

there are a few things you can do to get more from the /6 like a set of headers and a good cam. plus a good intake manifold as well. teh compression ratio should be around 8.4:1 but if you bump it up a bit with some good pistons i'm sure you can get plenty of power from it.

check out here for the headers. best price i have seen on them yet. also i have seen a triple duce setup for the slant 6 as well. but the only place i have seen it was in austrailia. http://www.cliffordperformance.net/M...tegory_Code=MY
