Oil leak from intake manifold now won't start
Hey guys, I recently purchased and imported a 1972 dodge charger to Australia. Has a 318cu in. From what I'm assuming was a 91 d150. Its developed an oil leak from what appears to be the intake manifold gasket or valley gasket. I was prepping the car to get ready to drive it to a mechanics just so they could pull it apart and replace it as i dont have time and now it wont start. It was running fine and i havent changed or done anything since last time I drove it. ive checked basic things such as that ive got fuel, air and spark and im just wondering if something couldve gone wrong internally. it still has plenty Of oil but was leaking a fair bit. I'm not too clued up with this kind of thing and was just wondering if if anyone has had this problem and how serious is it? Cheers guys.

First thing, Welcome. Is this an LA or Magnum with carb or EFI bread loaf manifold. Bread loafs have a plate on the bottom (pull manifold to fix) that will leak, don't run engine until repaired. Carb LA standard type manifold if leaking be careful leaking in one spot could mean other leaks and possibly water into ports or engine, I would pull all plugs and turn over with friend to see if anything spits out (throttle blocked open).
It could easily be the oil pressure sending port at the back by the distributor, but this does not answer to the no start problem, keep us posted and we'll get through this.
