replacing chrysler 331 hemi with dodge 325 hemi

I'm working on a 52 Chrysler Windsor Town and Country Wagon that my father bought new. In the late 60's, I helped him swap out the original flathead 265 for a 331 (bored out to 354) hemi v8. We installed the original Fluid Drive semi-automatic transmission. The project was never completed and the vehicle has been in storage for over 50 years. It is now running, but the transmission is not shifting. My father has a 57 Dodge 325 hemi with an automatic transmission attached in a storage shed. Does the 57 325 hemi use the same motor mounts as the earlier 331? In other words, can I just swap the 325 and automatic transmission for the 331 and semi auto transmission?
