Check the starter relay and make sure you have no wires touching each other. The big stud and the starter solenoid wires are in real close proximity to each other.

This is either
1 wiring problem to the starter relay coil
2 bad starter relay
3 wiring to the starter (assuming you have the relay -- to starter -- wires hooked up)
4 bad starter
Easy to troubleshoot.
1 FIRST Unhook both "push on" wires on the starter relay, try the cable If the problem goes away, it's in the igntion switch or the wiring to the relay coil
2 Unhook the wire right at the relay which is hooked to the "square" looking screw terminal, not the large stud. Try the battery. If the problem goes away, you have a bad relay
3 Unhook both wires at the starter, and try either JUST the large wire hooked to the large starter stud, or try a jumper cable from battery + to the starter large stud. IF it does not crank, the problem is the two wires going down to the starter from the relay are shorted together internally
4 With BOTH wires unhooked from the starter, in the test above, if the starter still tries to crank, then you have a bad starter / starter solenoid.

It was a bad starter solinode I replace the starter and it started right up but now it's overheating like crazy the suspension was completely redone and so was the front end and ac was taken out I think the thermostat might be stuck I'm hoping it's not a head gasket.

Probably air pockets in the block. Jack up the front of the car a little and run it several times.
