Timing chain 1968 Newport

My motor makes a squeeking sound sounds just like a slipping belt. I pull the belts off. As soon as it warms up..here comes the noise. Coming from crank pulley area. Best advise I've gotten is to check the timing chain. By the time I get to look at it I might as well replace it.

So first question. Anyone think of something different that would cause this noise?

If not I'm gonna take it apart tomorrow morning. In that case, can someone tell me the basic steps and/or send some pics or diagrams. Torque settings would be great. Today I pulled the radiator and water pump and I'm ready to get an early start.
Btw I picked up a double roller chain and gear set plus a timing cover gasket and water pump gasket...I was told to replace the front main seal while I'm at it so I have that too.
Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you
