Want a 360

I'm going to drop a 360 in a 1966 Satellite, anybody got one they need to unload? I'm in the Piedmont of NC, I'm about an hour northwest of Charlotte

Don't limit yourself to the LA360. a late model Magnum 360 would be an easy swap

I second the magnum. Check out www.car-parts.com. It is a search engine for all on line junk yards. Using the magnum block with serpentine accessories it coimes with and add a manifold, your carb, little E fuel pump and a dizzy and you are rolling. Do compression before install, most I've seen with under 90k don't even need rings and bearings.

You may luck out with the block you want, but with machining and new slugs the mag may be less cost.
