Blowing Tranny Fluid out the dipstick tube

I'm new to the forum but been a Mopar lover and owner forever. I recently put together a 68 Dart Gt with a 512CI and a very expensive 727 auto. I purchased the tranny used from guy, but it had never been installed. He had it build for 700 HP and didn't get to use it. When we installed the trans, it didn't do anything. Nothing. We took it out and sent it back to the builder in Boise ID. He said the pump was cracked and charged another $500 to fix it. We put it in again, but now when it runs a short time it pumps trans fuild out the dipstick tube. It is not overfilled. I have talked to trans shops in the area and no one has an answer. Can anyone help on this?

Should be a breather on the front pump assembly, under the retainer plate at the top.... Other than that being plugged ???

Is it blowing the dipstick up out of the tube ???
