Im new to this along with my other problems, my 73 duster with a 727 torque flight will not engage park. I can also start my car in any gear???

 

Someone probably jumped out your neutral safety switch. And you parking prawl is broken or out of adjustment. Your neutral safety switch provides a ground to the starter relay. If someone just ran that wire to ground then your car will start in any gear.
