I recently purchased a 74 Dart Swinger to build an old school hotrod on a budget. I bought a 2000 360 to build to put in it because have read you can get cheap horsepower out of them. But didn’t know I was going to be restricted to what type of automatic transmission I could use. Any advice on what would work best would be greatly appreciated!!!

 

Did you get the flex plate with the motor? The 360 is an externally balanced motor and will need that. Here is a pretty good write up I found.
