shift kit

Hi All,Dumb question,do I need to be careful of anything installing a trans-go tf-2 shift kit with the trans upside down?Thanks much in advance,Scott

I say you need to remove the valve body and do it outside the tranny because it requires you to drill out some holes.

there are bolts in the valve body that hold it to the case, and bolts that hold the two pieces of the valve body together.
you don't what to open the valve body up side down because there are small ball bearings that will fall out and you don't want that to happen.
you need a rebuild manual. that will help

The shift kit comes with good instructions.. TAKE your time to follow them, take pictures if you are unsure how it goes together. Depending on your kit the seperator plate need to be changed or modified. Organize your parts And yes the valve body needs to be removed
