Stock factory rearend in a 2003 Dodge Dakota r/t

I want to put a 500-600 horsepower 408 small block mopar in my 2003 Dodge Dakota r/t.will the stock factory rearend handle that much horsepower? If not what do I need to do for it can handle that much horsepower. I believe it has a 3.92:1 posi rearend in the Dodge Dakota r/t.I would greatly appreciate any information and technical knowledge on this topic. Thanks In advance!!!
