Trans Problem

Got an '03 Chrysler Voyager that has an output speed sensor problem. When trans in reverse, neutral or drive with foot on brake, speedometer needle jumps when an electrical componant such as the radiator fan, window motor or HVAC blower is turned on and trans jerks. Have replaced output speed sensor and wiring pigtails for both input and output speed sensor. Have checked for corrosion in all trans related connectors and TCM. Have found no broken, corroded or open wires. All grounds are good. Resistance in sensor wiring from connectors to TCM is within specs. Only thing I don,t have is a TCM to try. Anybody seen this type of problem before. Thanks

Are all the covers on the TCM and Transducers if it has them?
Sounds like noise is getting in the line somewhere?
Sorry I'm not that familiar with that problem...

It will have to be put on a scanner to see if it has any codes stored... And with the scanner you can also further diagnose the problem.... If you don't have a scanner you will have to take it to your dealer...Sometimes it is cheaper to just bite the bullet then chase your tail and dump a ton of money and end up still having a problem....It may just need to be re-flashed. Did the battery get replaced or go dead or get jump started lately???...Bill

Try A cluster reset......
With the Ignition off... Press and hold the counter trip pin in until the numbers illuminates and let it go. then just allow it to run threw its Diagnostic and see if that helps? When its done all the needles will drop to 0 and the lights will go back out... See if that helps....
