Trans won't shift

Have had for 2 years fluid is good but it down shifted going up as it should but is now hung up. Anyone out here that can help out. It's a 97 dodge caravan.

Providing that all the mechanical is in good working order, I would say the transmission has an electrical issue / possible shift solenoid pack is out in it...
