66 Fury brakes

I have a '66 Fury III and I cannot get the front drums off, and they spin freely, with no effort. I have taken several different ways to tackling this and so far nothing has worked(sledgehammer, hammer, screwdriver, etc). All it is doing is denting the drum up a bit. I have also sprayed about half of a can of PB blaster anywhere and everywhere around this drum and still nothing. I put a pic because ive never seen the ridges on the hub. Any ideas?

Maybe cut the anchor bolts off and let all the inners come loose. I am thinking maybe there is a nasty lip on the drum that can't get past the shoes??

Your going about it wrong.. Remove the round dust cover, under it will be a big nut, remove it and the drum will come off... The hub and drum are pressed together.
