I have a near mint Swinger with a crossmember that has a rusted torsion bar pocket. (One side only) The car is stored indoors but without heat or humidity controls. Car is d rarely driven. Any idea how many hours/$ it might take a professional frame shop (or others) to replace the crossmember? Floor pans are perfect. "Lot rot" without climate controlled storage still occurs!!
