'78 Little Red Express suspension & brakes

Working on complete suspension and brake rebuild. Ball Joints, bushings, tie rods, pitman, idler, drag link, brakes, etc. Want to maintain stock parts. Were there any unique parts on these trucks or was it all standard D150 components?

As far as I have seen all the suspension parts are standard half ton parts.
