ABS on 1991 Chrysler Imperial

Finally found a affordable ABS unit for my 1991 Chrysler Imperial. I had experience loss of braking several times since the ABS trouble light came on in spring 2008. Been driving her with just manual brakes no assist. I was looking for parts for my Dad's 84 Caprice. Ran across a place that bought out all the MOPAR parts from many Dealers & parts stores. They had several listings for ABS units. I sent my Vin & got a new old stock for $250. It was cheaper & easier than the change over to Vacuum assit. I originally had a plan to convert along with other Electrical issues, I had started to solve each one. New PCM solved the over charging of battery, Found a hole in Coolant over flow sender. Super Glued that. Many more electrical problem that all seemed to be a Bad ground or other issues that Chrysler recalled? Apparently m Chrysler was never fixed? I contacted a Dealer service department to help me resolve problems? He said that no open recalls, Or tech bulletins? Here is the most Stupid thing I have heard from a Service Manager. He said his mechanics do not have the Tools or Knowledge to repair a 25 year old car? I heard the same from GM about my Truck? No mechanics know how to fix a 2004 SSR? I am losing all confidence in American Manufactures. This Brake problem look similar to my ABS on SSR. Too much Heat, Moisture, Bad corroded grounds lack of a good design to work for longer than the warranty period. See my ABS picture when I disassembled it.
