Question Ball joint types. B200 van.

Hi all, I have to replace all the bushing on my vans suspension and steering, in order to get it through the MOT test in the UK. Without it I can't get our version of a title!
Anyway, I'd like to know how to identify if the ball joints on the control arms are screw or push in - most of my parts are coming across the pond, dealers in US Automotive stuff here are incredibly expensive!

The upper should be screw in. the lower are most likely press in.. It will be the bigger of the two sockets made for this for the upper. Another way is the screw in type have kind of a square shape the press in type are a round
