I'm looking to get a replacement front & rear bumper for this 78 Dodge d-150....Anyone know what year to what year will work on a 78 model? 78-?

If you have any shops that straighten & re chrome bumpers That would be a place to start. I understand it's not cheap any more. You might look in the www.JCWhitney.com catalog custom rear bumpers

I called around to a few places ( I haven't 100% confirmed this yet!) And there telling me that the front bumper will work (fit) from 1978-1981 and that the rear bumper will work (fit)from 1978-1984 I will 100% confirm this this weekend when me and the son go have some fun rummaging our local junk yards...they said that in those year ranges they would bolt right up!! same bumper brackets....( just need to find one undamaged, and rust free)
This 78 has an ugly old banged-up painted gray farm/ranch style bumper on the back (just dont look right) so we are going to put one of the newer style chrome bumpers on the back....I will take some before and after pictures and post them up when we do it...
