Dart -

If the Dart has torsion bars, and depending on their current adjustment, you may be able to loose an inch, just by turning the adjustment bolts.

If you go that route, make sure you turn both bolts the same amount and you may (or may not) need a wheel alignment afterwards.

Be careful though, going too low, you may run into ground clearance problems.

Take the weight off of the wheels by jacking up on the K frme, it will make it easier to turn the adjusting screw. Don't go more than 2" as the geometry will get very bad as it moves through it's travel, significantlly changing camber. If your steering joints are loose you may start to feel bump steer.

If you do decide to lower the nose, you will need to align the car, and that might be a tough job if the shop tries to do it without the correct ride height.

Times 2 here.
I lowered my 68 Coronete back in the 80's by just turning the t-bars down, but soon wore out the outside of the tires. New tires and put the bars back where they were.
