I would assume you have drum brakes. Is your hub missing ?
My guess is Something from a 1/2t PU with drums may work. Find a wrecking yard with a Hollander parts Manual they should be able to tell what other vehicle would work

Not many left, but there must be some. I found these on line by doing a search for
"vintage auto parts".
There are some places that specialize in older vehichles, such as
"Desert Valley Auto Parts" in Arizona.
http://www.dvap.com/parts/
"Wild Cat mopars" does just mopars, in Oregon.
http://www.wildcatmopars.com/
To name two.
Also maybe Rockauto.
http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/raframecatalog.php
They specialize in new vintage parts and will give measurements for things like spindles.
Prices are very reasonable, but they don't carry everything.
Just a hub should not cost much to ship. Just remember these places are a buisiness and have to cover over head. If you could sign up on some old van and truck sites you will probably have better luck with pricing. It won't hurt to look. You are going to find it hard to just walk into a any junk yard and find 40 year old parts. Maybe find a web site for the older vans.
I belong to "71 thru 77 Dodge Vans" .
Some one there might me able to help, but it is for the B model newer vans.
Don't expect a lot of activity there this time of year as most of 'em are cruiazing now.
The 69 A100s have a straight axle, I don't know if anything newer than a 70 will work. You might need to measure the spindle to get a better idea of what you need to find.

Just checked Rock Auto. They do not list hubs just bearings for the rear axle.
If you could measure your spindle I could see if anything I have would fit. Need to know the inner measurement of the spidle bearings. Also the center rigister, But I would guess that as wheels inter-change the register should be the same.
