Napa does. You may have to go to the counter and almost browbeat someone but they do have them.

Oreilly's can probably hook you up as well. Of course most of those guys are stupid lazy these days and they don't see it in the computer they say "we don't offer it"... But what the customer doesn't know is they have a couple hundred books in the back of the store or behind the counter that will help you out greatly. They are just too lazy to get the book and flip the pages! All the parts houses are like this I think. So when you go up there and they just look at the computer... ask if they can look in the book for you. I used to work for oreilly's I found parts for 1930's and 40's model ford tractors pretty often. If I could find old school tractor parts, they can find you some damn drums lol.

Edit: I just called Oreilly's they said they'd have to order them. They didn't say they were a special order. If it's a special order that pretty much means they have to order them from a different company and you have to pay for them up front. But when they say they can order them it means they carry them they just don't have them at that specific store and they can order them and get them usually within 1 to 5 days from a different oreilly's location. I got the part number for you it is 1924DGS and that is a Brakebest part number. It's been a long time but if I remember right Brakebest is Oreilly's house brand for brake stuff. But other parts houses should be able to cross match the number for you. Hope this helps!

But if they can't find them that way I'd suggest ebay.

I recently went down this road a month ago with my rear drums for a 64 300. It has a 8 3/4 tapered axle. The drums were 11x3 and I searched everywhere. I found two places that had them but they were used drums.

http://www.jcauto.com/ only had one drum but the hub was not attached and it was 125 plus like 30-40 shipping.

http://www.bigmauto.com/ had a few and it was 85 plus shipping. Complete hub plus drum assembly shipped it was 121.

rcknrolfender79, do you have any info for my vehicle. I would love a new drum for my rear drums.

I will see what I can find tomorrow for you. I have some good friends down at Oreilly's that will usually try to help me out. I'll let you know what I find out.

Ok yours a little bit harder to find lol. I couldn't come up with any specific part numbers for that exact year. I'm still waiting on autozone to call me back but not expecting too much from them.. they are always my last resort because they aren't exactly the best when comes to actually "hunting" parts down lol.

So far the only thing I've found that will actually work for you is a rear disc conversion kit from summit. It's actually not that bad of a price... or at least I didn't think so. The disc conversion kits for B bodies usually run a lot more than this. You may want to look into doing a disc conversion on the front as it may cause an issue (not sure I've just never heard of anyone running discs on back and drums on front lol).

The closest Oreilly's came was an 11"x 2.5" thats listed for a 1966 model. I've never worked on either one so I don't know how different they are. I would think they would both have the same bolt patterns. So you may look into converting to the 11" x 2.5". You'd just have to buy the drums and shoes for a 66 300. That part number is 2953DGS brand is Brakebest. I don't know if it's got the axle and castle nut coming through like the 64 does though.

The only thing Napa could come up with was a part number for a 69 300. But it shows to be an 11 x 3 as well. Part number is 4401156 brand is Rayloc. I dont think they have the axle and castle nut coming through on the later models though. The wheel studs are probably on a hub inside and its just held together between the hub and wheel.

When I was googling I found this video of a guy doing some rear brake work on a 64 300. He doesnt have any videos of changing the drums out with new ones but you may message him and see if he got a hold of any and where he got them. And of course ask for a part number.

I was going to call Wildcat Auto Wrecking out of Sandy, Oregon but being Sunday they are closed. It's a salvage yard that specializes in nothing but pre 1980 mopars. I know you dont want used. I was going to call and ask them if they knew where to hunt a new set down at, as they've been messing with these cars for a very long time. Their phone number is (503) 668-7786.

You may also try the part number for that 65 Fury that I listed above. Not sure if it will work or not but it's worth a shot.

I'll continue digging around for you to see if I can come up with anything else.

Thank you for assistance rckn and sorry trk1363 for hijacking the thread. I have seriously considered going disk all around but am still putting my money into getting it road worthy. Once its road worthy i will begin putting money into upgrades. So for now I need stock parts and it looks like it will have to be used parts.

I have a Fury and belong to a "Fury" group on Facebook.
There is a guy that posted today that he just bought a 77,000 mile '66 Fury and he's parting the car out...

Sjzdx, check out this post. Probably a lot of mechanical parts that will swap between the 62 Imperial and the 64 300, may be worth a look as a parts car...
