Steer column shifter fix 70 r/t Chall. HELP

70 R/T Auto on column shifts out of gear when turning steer wheel. Know it's a bushing or bearing in shaft but not sure which one to order from #@$% Year one! Think it is Lower steer col. brng. # BH191 but could be Lock out tube bearing #BH197. Can't get hold of #$%@^ Year One Tech so any help is appreciated especially if you know another vendor. THanks , Scott in Ga.

It's 41 years old, if you have to remove it and disassemble it to any degree, why not just get everything and do a complete rebuild and be done with it. Sure beats having to do it twice. Just my .02.

I would loosen the mounting plate on the floor, make sure it is not binding. Adjust the linkage too !!!!
