440 engine electrical

Right side component is the first unknown object
Round canister with white lettering is the second unknown object
I have a 1978 440 big block and it has a metal plate with a few electrical components on it, I've found out that one is the ignition module (top left with 5 wires), one is the ignition ballast (lower left white block with 4 prongs) and another is the erg timing unit (green box with 3 wires)?? Not to sure. I'm curious though if anyone else knows what the other two components are. One is all silver and rectangular in shape with a plug at the top and two wires on it. The other unknown component is a small round black canister with only a vacuum like going to it, no wires. Does anyone have an answer?

The device on the right in your first picture is the voltage regulator for the alternator.

The device on the left with the "H8D" is a Emissions Speed Switch. I wasn't able to find anything on the round black thing next to it but, I'm willing to bet it's some kind of emissions deal too.

Are there any other numbers on it? Like the sides or try unbolting it from the bracket to look at the bottom.

I'll need more pictures of it and information about the vehicle this engine came to progress research further.

I'm guessing this engine is from a van or motorhome of some kind where the engine is underneath a removable "dog house"? Because I found pictures of that bracket being bolted on the back of the motor, with the devices facing backwards.
