I just did a swap. My old water temp quit last year (tried replacing the sender. no change) and this year the gas gauge went out. I have a new solid state VR I got off ebay. Did not solve the problem. I bought bench tested gauges off ebay as well ... now even the oil pressure doesn't work. I have everything else in the cockpit: headlights, turn signals, parking brake light, hazards, blinkers, horn, ignition and brights. Just the three gauges are not working. I know for a fact the watert temp and oil pressure senders are good. I haven't tested the gas tank sender. Not sure how to do that one.

Any advice would be delightful at this point as I am getting to the point where I'm ready to install aftermarket gauges. I don't want to but I'm about at my wits end over here.
