73 B Body Starter Relay Question

Hello, I am rewiring my 73 Charger 340 automatic transmission, engine and dash harness. The only question I have is that on the biggest stud on the starter relay that says BATT next to it, theres two connections on it, one that goes to the battery and another that I think goes through my firewall to the back of the bulkhead connector?. My question is, the one that goes to the back of the bulkhead is burned and I have no idea what its for or what it does or if I even need it, could it be a fusible link or something? I ordered the dash harness from Year one and im not sure if that connection comes with the harness, so Ive been trying to look everywhere for what that other connection on the BATT post is for because the one I have is so burned I cant tell what it was for or what location is goes on the bulkhead.

Old Relay

My old relay, pictured here, I know the bigger red wire on the biggest post is for the battery, but the smaller red wire on the same post is the one I dont know what its for.

Just going to have to trace it and find out where it goes...
Could just be an added wire?
