What is your running battery voltage? Do you have voltage drop across your chassis to battery ground?

you DID check grounds, didnt you? have any stock / O.E.M. ground strips been removed and not put back. i got in the rabbet of adding ground straps to voltage reg, E.C.U... once i even grounded the points in the dist, and they lasted much longer.
