Need help with 67 satellite lights pulsating.from someone in middle tn area.

No way close to you but have you checked the condition of your bulkhead connections.

Check the charging circuit Make sure you have the braided/cable strap from the engine/trans bolt to the frame also from motor mount to frame

i did notice that blk p and yellow l melted and fused sometime in past.but they have been bypassed and the rest of the bulkhead looks good. two new alternators and regulators im aboutat wiits end

If it's just the headlights then you can fire them up with relays using the power straight from the battery.

Clean all the Grounds.

Also Some Time you need to install a ground strap from the regulator to the engine block if the above dose not work.
