I had to think about this for awhile, I suppose you could cut the spot welds on the skins then unfold the skin from the frame then remove. Then reinstall on good frames that have been cleaned up.
Why do you need to change the doors?

when I was looking at them it looks like the door hangs on the top of the frame and then has all spot welds on the sides and bottom. I will try to put up some pics. So the main question is if i can remove the one with out trashing the skin. there was hardly any rust on the doors just surface that I put the rust gel on after some wire brushing with the grinder and then using the rust primer spray take that rust. no real pitting or bubbling.

I have to ask why do you need to replace the doors/skins? lets see some pictures. Have the doors have been gutted for racing and skinned with aluminum, then why not replace the center of the door frame that holds the window mechanism? Leave most of the door intact, as is.
