Question Cuda Dash Removal

Hello, Please I need to remove the dash pad of my 70 Barracuda to install a new one. And also remove all the dash to restore it. The problem is that I don't know how to remove them. If someone know how, please help me in this project. Thanks

Get a service manual, you will need it... It is fairly involved...

You can download free service manuals here:

Not sure about the 70 anymore, it's been years, LOL, but all the other cars, the bolts holding the front of the dash frame went in before the windshield was installed. I think I remember reading that someone, maybe with a B body, don't recall, use a special wrench, like maybe one of those very thin valve wrenches, to reach up over the top of the dash and unscrew the bolts

These go into spring nut clips, so when you put it back in, you'll want to reverse it and put the bolts in from the bottom, if this is the case, and cut the bolts down or use washers/ spacers underneath so they don't screw up into the windshield / seal
