V7W Daul Pin stripe (Painted?)

There's a stripe on the '70 that we (My stepdad and I) that we can't seem to find much information on, we've found one picture of a black car with the same stripe but in Red. does anyone have any information or full pictures of this particular stripe?

I'm looking now and from one or two pictures I've seen, you might be on to something.
