found an original chrome in mint condition, thanks to all who searched there asses off

 

I Thought all of them where painted? Well all but the Flip Top...

 

I am not certain, I did find a few NOS in mopar boxes that were chrome, but again not sure, certainly NO help here that's for sure

 

the factory replacement were chrome to fit without being painted

 

Auhhhhh... That explains it !!!!

I had an early Challenger (Western Sport Special) and had to have one painted a "Burnt Orange" and I was never happy with the paint color match...

So "Ma Mopar" went to a chrome to by pass all the huff and puff !!!
