Please help need this part asap

Is there anyone out there that has part number 04470801 which is a g/shift tube indicator bracket?! Part has to be useable I'm paypal ready. Please help I've tried everything and everywhere. Thank you.

It's on an 89 Dodge Ram w250 v8 4x4 with a 318 engine.
