66 New yorker like this one? I have this one in great shape, paid 6500 and have about 14k into it.
Lots of work done on this car, front end rebuilt, new starter and battery new distributor. New radiator, rebuilt trans, Car has no leaks!

Let me know if you're intersted I'd take a bath but would consider selling at $7,000. Runs and Drives Great but it does have a rough idle that needs attention. Not bad but that's the only real thing needs fixing. Possible Carb issue or vacuum issue I haven't been able to track down...

Even has air converted to R34 and it blows cold!..

Chicago northwest suburbs, clear Illinois title, no hassles with fees.

It was a California Car, garage kept and still is garage kept

Clear title from Illinois...

that was the first year for the 440. with small valves, the only year. should be a steel crank. AFB carb. in those years a new yorker all ways had the biggest engine.

Bump Fire Sale although there was no fire thank god!

I'll consider offers but will go as low as 6k for this beauty, taking a huge loss but I just don't drive it much and need the space and money! Anyone want a nice cruiser or a good lowrider candidate might like to snap this up!

Cash only sales in person...

Me too, I think I may just keep her, she's running pretty smooth and it's fun to take out a cruiser like this on the nice weather weekends!

Still open for any reasonable offers... I have trouble dipping below 5k for this since I paid 6500 and put another 5k into it! That's enough incentive to just keep it and have as much fun with it as I can!

Thanks!

Unless you need the , long term you would probably be glad you kept it.
I've had my two project cars , one for 30 years and the other for 16, and over the years I've gone through waves of interest in each. I know that neither one is worth the funds I've put into them but there is a entertainment or lifestyle even knowledge gained in the ownership of old cars. And you can't forget about the friends you make along the way.

Good Advice from RacerHog, and Iowan also. Food for thought for sure! Just got a chance to take the car out for a nice cruise on Saturday as it was a rare 60 degree day in January in chicagoland! Keep her in the garage in the winter but when we get a nice day I have to let her loose to clean the pipes a bit! Was a lot of fun!

If this were up in Alberta I would have a really hard time not buying this car! Great looking ride!
