318 Magnum in A body 72 Scamp

I recently purchased a 318 Magnum to drop into my Plymouth 72 Scamp. it's from a 95 Dodge Van. im very new to fuel injection and not used to using computers in my old muscle cars. i'd like to avoid swapping to Carb and would like to use the computer and transmission that i got with the engine. whats the best way to go about making the conversion and putting the engine and tranny in with little complications?
any advice?

Wow...big prioject. Just ask me...I'm doing the same thing with a 71 Demon LOL! The easiest way is to use the engine harness that came with the magnum motor and modify it to work in your car. Being a 95, it may be a bit easier than mine as mine is a 98 ( from my Dakota ) I'm currently looking for a harness that I can use...hopefully I can get one before the end of the summer.

The overdrive trans will require modifications to the trans mount. Someone may be making one ? I would try Shumacker ?
You probably have the 727 version? depends ? it is more durable. the smaller A500 trans was available in the lighter duty Vans
