need help with motor mount selection I have a mean 340 with 509 lift cam and 11 to 5 comp putting in my 69 dart. Is there any better motor mounts to use instead of the regular small block mounts. Im afraid its gonna vibrate me to death. I got the motor out of a 69 dart that had a 73 k member in it with diff mounts then the 69 and it helped alot according to the previous owner but I cant get the k member is there any other ideas for better mounts. Thanks

 

Was the engine balanced ? when it was rebuilt ??? What year is the 340 ? They came in both steel crank and cast crank requiring different balance. The stock mounts should work fine.
As to vibration some rare instances it can be the headers resonating

 

It has 11:5 compression?
