70 dart dash
Could someone tell me how you take the dash out of a 1970 dart swinger? I can see the bolts by looking under the dash but cant find the heads to take them out. Do you have take windshield out?

there is a half-assed way also that doesn't require removing the windshield. hate to be one of those guys, but do a search for dart windshield and my user name for the link

Wouldn't you need to take the WS Out anyway to put the dash back in?

if i remember right, you cut the bolts from underneath, and use new bolts and those bent sheetmetal nut things

Yes. Some people just hate to do $hit right and insist on half assing everything. I guess rattles and squeaks don't matter.
