Thanks for the input guys but im a dumby and did some research and after i had a the radiator put in. It had a 14 PSI cap on and i read they need a 16 lb cap and it stopped the little overflow but im putting in the overflow tank anyways, i have a couple dogs and they might lick the coolant on the ground so im taking the proper percautions.

Glad you got it figured out. Now a question: does that "puke can" have the radiator inlet in the top or bottom and if the bottom, does it have a fill cap on top?

Thanks

Archer

Hey Archer,
the inlet line is on the top with no cap, with a petcock drain on the bottom.
